By using mAIkerz services, including our SMS alert service ("Trading Alerts"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. mAIkerz is a DBA of Definitive Technologies LLC, registered in the State of Washington.
Trading Alerts is an operational SMS notification service that delivers system monitoring alerts to subscribed users. By opting in, you consent to receive automated SMS messages related to trading infrastructure status, including but not limited to:
You may opt in to Trading Alerts by sending the keyword "ALERT" to our short code and confirming with "YES." You may opt out at any time by replying "STOP" to any message received from Trading Alerts. Upon opting out, you will receive a final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.
Message frequency varies based on system events. Typical usage is approximately 1-5 messages per day. During periods of system instability, message frequency may temporarily increase.
Message and data rates may apply. mAIkerz does not charge for the SMS alert service, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply.

Trading Alerts are provided for operational monitoring purposes only and do not constitute financial advice. mAIkerz is not responsible for delays or failures in message delivery caused by mobile carriers, network outages, or other factors beyond our control. Alerts are not guaranteed to be delivered in real time.
mAIkerz reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the SMS alert service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
